This Head of Retail Information Technology (Hong Kong) is for Group Information Technology – Retail HK. Manage the IT services teams to provide direct support to the business units to achieve greater customer satisfaction. Manage the team to implement the defined IT blue print for sustainable customer service. Lead the team to enhance service process and define workflow with the business. Review the priority and resources on delivering IT support services. Maintain the platform for 3rd level support from GIT. Manage the vendors in carrying out the out-sourced support services. Job Requirements
Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines. At least 12 years experience in IT field and with 5 years in managerial role. Experience in project management, vendor selection and management. Good communication and presentation skills with strong leadership skills. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
