Monitor route performance and maintain optimal inventory level and overbooking profile by analysing demand patterns and changes to achieve revenue target. Optimise revenue by analysing demand patterns and changes and monitor the utilisation of PROS Revenue Management system. Determine pricing / route strategies and liaise with Pricing team for enhancement. Organise sales meetings with sales offices / outstations to identify sales opportunities. Formulate sales strategies for normal season and peak season on route planning. In-charge of special projects for revenue and efficiency enhancement. Oversee daily operations and recommend process improvements regularly to prevent revenue loss. Manage and coach the teammates under responsible coverage. Requirements:
University degree holder or above. Minimum 8 years of working experience (preferable in aviation or travel industry), or 5 years of working experience in Revenue Management. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of aviation commercial. Good analytical skills, attentive to details, sensible in problem solving and decision-making. Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organised, detail and result-oriented. Good communication skills and capable of dealing with different departments.
