Lead and implement end-to-end talent acquisition process, provide advice on talent acquisition strategies through different recruitment channels including social and professional networks from Hong Kong and China. Collaborate with operations to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Guide, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and improve recruitment processes. Ensure that the team uses best practices and effective sourcing channels for finding qualified candidates. Provide regular reports to management on different HR related metrics. Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required. You will be a good fit if you have/are: Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition in sizable or multicultural corporations. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess recruitment data and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua. Immediate availability is preferable. Seniority level
