We have started the operation since 2017. We start from collecting growth data of crayfish, how to commercialize, market demand etc. Because of these data, we can successfully launch this product or conduct technology transfer with positive feedback and well recognized. Most importantly, my team got around HKD1.5M revenue in 2022 which proved that we have potential in commercial viability. Our team has own production venue and also provides technology transfer to different farms while guaranteeing sales. We are also cooperating with the government to set the rules of crayfish production. We project to have at least 2X growth in 2023.
