Vice President - Equities Capital Markets
On behalf of an international investment bank, we are seeking an experienced Vice President of Equities Capital Markets Banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity financing, a proven track record of managing client relationships, and the ability to lead complex transactions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to provide innovative capital market solutions for clients. Role: Lead and manage the execution of equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, and private placements. Act as a client point of contact for deal execution. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the equities market. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and product offerings that meet client needs. Mentor and guide junior bankers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Work closely with other departments such as research, sales, and trading to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Requirements: 7-15 years’ experience in investment banking with a focus on equities markets. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Fluency, oral and written, in both English and Chinese. Bachelor's degree, or higher, in business, finance or related areas. Seniority level
