Senior Conference Producer
with extensive experience in
journalism, editorial, content writing, and conference agenda
development. Responsibilities Research and analyze current financial market trends, focusing on
FinTech, Web3, AI, and ESG. Plan speaking programs for various events, including conferences and networking receptions. Develop the agenda for the FinTech conference. Collaborate with stakeholders to align the agenda with event objectives. Identify and research potential speakers that fit the event's theme. Create personalized invitations for speakers and VIPs, highlighting the event's purpose and their role. Foster strong relationships with speakers and key stakeholders. Attend industry events for networking and relationship-building. Manage logistics for VIPs and speakers, including briefings and travel arrangements. Schedule speaker sessions, incorporating breaks and networking activities. Address any unexpected issues regarding speaker participation or logistics. Support other teams as needed and perform additional tasks as directed by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline. More than 10 years of experience in
creating conference agendas
for large events is preferred. Proven track record in inviting speakers and crafting event agendas. Energetic and sociable, with a strong enthusiasm for networking and connecting with industry professionals. Background in startups or small team environments. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Skilled in business writing in both English and Chinese. Interest in or knowledge of Web3, technology, FinTech, and industry trends. Seniority level
