At ConnectedGroup, we are supporting a global Family Foundation dedicated to supporting education, healthcare, and community development initiatives in India, Africa, Europe, and Hong Kong in the search for their Head of Philanthropy. Responsibilities: Developing a long-term strategy for the organization's philanthropic activities. Driving and overseeing the establishment of philanthropic activities in India, Hong Kong, and Europe. Establishing performance and impact measurements, ensuring funded programs are in line with deliverables and expectations. Reporting to the Board on all developments and progress of the organization's endeavors. Conducting periodic research on trends and developments in the philanthropic sector, as well as the social context of the countries where the organization is present. Requirements: Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business or Commerce, Social Sciences, Arts, or similar. Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Proven work experience in foundations or grant-giving organizations. Good understanding of the Indian social context; work experience or knowledge of other countries' social context is an asset. Experience in strategic development, financial planning, non-profit governance, and marketing. Hands-on individual, with a passion to build structures and frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills. Knowledge of an Indian language is an advantage.
