Travel Sales Consultant
to join our team. You will assist clients in planning unforgettable travel experiences by providing personalized service and expert recommendations. Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and their budget constraints. Travel Planning: Design customized itineraries that include flights, hotels, and activities tailored to client needs, and provide solutions accordingly. Sales: Promote and sell travel packages, upselling additional services to enhance client experiences. Booking Management: Good understanding of HK, Macau, and Singapore reservation portals and ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients before, during, and after their travels. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments to provide the best advice to clients. Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in travel sales or a related field with experience in managing sales quota. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service orientation. Knowledge: Proficient in travel booking systems and knowledgeable about popular travel destinations (especially HK, Macau, and Singapore). Education: A high school diploma is required; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Full-time position, office-based with options for remote work during off-peak seasons.
