AI Business Delivery Specialist, Global Payment Solutions Service . Principal Responsibilities Lead the implementation of AI & Data initiatives and projects regionally/globally Ideate and design use cases to bring efficiency to Service teams regionally/globally Influence product design for a best-in-class end to end client experience Able to identify and explore synergies across use cases that makes most sense for AI Project Manage AI & Data implementations in line with overall strategy, partner with IT teams Manage content relating to AI & Data in the knowledge management space and develop a framework for information evergreening Assist to produce material for Governance reviews and internal marketing & educational campaigns Be responsible for training and upskilling service teams on new product features
