Project Budgeting, Project lifecycle management, Project Planning and Scheduling Responsibilities:
Defining project goals, KPIs, and strategic direction to ensure meaningful outcomes. Leading and managing the project team to ensure collaboration, accountability, and performance. Acting as the primary liaison with senior stakeholders, external partners, and key contributors. Overseeing financial management, ensuring cost-efficiency and budget compliance. Monitoring and approving project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving challenges, and making high-impact decisions. Fostering a positive working environment and empowering the team to achieve success. Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. At least 5-7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in leading large-scale or community-centered projects. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to define project goals and execute strategic plans. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders, partners, and the team. A genuine passion for creating a positive impact in the community.
