Provide support on managing fitting-out projects and site coordination. Handle project documents submission & material scheduling and prepare reports. Perform site visits for tracking the works progress to meet customers’ requirements. Assist in monitoring project deadlines & workflows and resolving technical issues. Ensure the works are compliant with requirements and perform ad hoc duties. Requirements
Higher Diploma holder or above. 3-4 years relevant working experience in project coordination. Solid experience in fitting-out projects for the construction industry. Experience in project & site progress monitoring and project administration. Self-initiative, energetic, detail-minded with good communication skills. Well-versed in Microsoft Office and knowledge of using AutoCAD. Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin. Immediate availability is a definite advantage. Job Type
