You will play a crucial support role in our finance team to facilitate the smooth system implementation and efficiency of financial operations. We value teamwork, service quality and excellence in all that we do. Support system implementation by project timeline including but not limited to user-acceptance test (UAT) and system deployment; Provide support in daily accounting operations including cash arrangement, receipt, payment checking and processing; Prepare period-end journals, period-end closing activities, Balance Sheet reconciliations and manage reconciling items follow-up; Monitor and consolidate control evidence for internal control assessment; Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks. What we look for?
Experienced in operating budgeting system, prior exposure in Anaplan is a plus. With experience in system implementation / UAT. Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to details and strong sense of responsibility. Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Senior Accountant. Seniority level
