Our client, a well-regarded international asset manager, is seeking an Associate, Client Servicing to support their business growth in Asia region.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and accurately to a steady stream of client inquiries, addressing both routine and ad hoc requests.
Assist in the timely production and distribution of monthly client reports, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Prepare performance and analytical materials for client review meetings.
Coordinate logistics for investment managers’ client engagement activities, including review meetings, roadshows, etc.
Assist in preparation work for client activities, including researching client and consultant profiles, organizing internal prep calls, and managing post-meeting follow-ups.
Maintain and update client profiles, activity reports, and sales opportunity pipelines using Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with the Institutional Sales team and other departments (Portfolio Management, Reporting, Legal and Compliance, Operations) across global offices to address client and prospect needs.
Represent Client Servicing Team to participate in projects aimed at optimizing internal workflows in accordance with industry best practices.
Review DDQ responses to ensure accuracy and compliance with client expectations. Oversee submissions and work with RFP team for deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, or a related quantitative field.
SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses holder.
At least 3 years of experience in asset management industry covering institutional clients.
Working knowledge of equity, fixed income, and alternative products and instruments.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
Self-motivated with the capability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and Bloomberg; ability to quickly learn additional tools and systems as required.
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
Ability to maintain professional discretion and confidentiality.
A proactive mindset with the ability to think critically and drive continuous improvement.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
