Direct message the job poster from TF International Securities Responsible for the full lifecycle management of various asset management products, including design, establishment, issuance, operation, and liquidation, with the main product types being Cayman funds and discretionary managed accounts. Responsible for communication and coordination with internal and external parties, including but not limited to external lawyers, auditors, custodians, and fund administrators; as well as internal investment managers, compliance, legal, risk control, and operations settlement; drafting and reviewing project documents and product documents to ensure project timeliness and compliance. Responsible for the daily monitoring and maintenance of existing asset management products, including but not limited to daily net asset value monitoring and follow-up on abnormal trading activities. Collaborate with asset management operations to handle investor account opening KYC/AML procedures and client information management. Other tasks assigned by the department, including but not limited to acting as the department compliance liaison to cooperate with headquarters and group compliance reporting matters. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, or related fields. About 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry, experience with the "Big Four" is preferred. Familiar with various asset management products both domestically and internationally, such as domestic private equity funds, Cayman funds, and Hong Kong LPFs; possesses good financial knowledge and financial analysis skills; holding CPA, CFA, or FRM certifications is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good ability to handle pressure, and strong teamwork skills. Seniority level
