Our client is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Responsible for overall project management activities Manage a team from various backgrounds for the development of the project Monitor and ensure that the deadlines of the projects are met Liaise with business users and technical teams on project scope, approaches, and testing plans Liaise with vendors on service deliveries Act as a facilitator between business units and vendors in addressing and resolving issues in system development and quality assurance Provide supervision and guidance to staff and monitor their performance Ensure efficient and effective system development processes are in place and enforce compliance by the team Manage the budgets and costs of projects and report regularly to management on progress Job Requirements Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines 10+ years of computing experience, of which 5 years in a project management position in the financial sector, preferably with exposure to digital projects Experience in building and structuring project documentation and timelines Good planning, organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure Strong leadership capabilities to facilitate sessions with a large number of participants Strong stakeholder management Quick adaptation to an ever-moving situation with new stakeholders added along the way Experience in insurance or banking is preferable
