Responsibilities: Introduce digital banking services to customers in bank hall. Enhance digital customer services experience and collect customer feedback/suggestions for improvement. Handle customers' inquiries and escalate when appropriate according to supervisor’s guidance. Support branch administrative and operational duties as required. Minimum Requirements: Secondary education or above. Minimum 1 year’s customer service experience. Digital savvy and familiar with using smartphones and apps. Good command of spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua. Good interpersonal and communication skills. ECF achievement is a definite advantage.
