Job Description Senior Business Analyst (Testing QA) Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst. Responsibilities Responsible for the eCommerce solutions (website and mobile app) product change project rollout implementation. Manage eCommerce project testing and implementation to live. Perform business analysis and user requirement studies for various eCommerce systems. Review different technical functional design to coach local market operations stakeholders to perform end-to-end testing preparation, full rollout preparation to live. Formulate Test Plans and guide QA to conduct testing. Review with technical developers for the test cases, rollout cutover plan to ensure technical teams build the right end-to-end solution for local market operations to start testing. Report delivery testing progress against schedules, test metrics to reflect quality, rollout blockers. Manage technical teams for critical project blockers to provide possible solutions. Monitor entire testing activities and quality delivery on schedule. Senior QA Specialist Candidates with less experience will be considered as QA Specialist. Responsibilities Deliver great customer experience on our website and mobile apps. Responsible for testing the new digital solution and coordinate the testing process with various teams to ensure the deliverables fit for release to customers. Perform business analysis and user requirement studies for various eCommerce systems for project testing objectives. Formulate Test Plans, test cases, conduct User Acceptance Test and Regression Test. Execute UAT test cases in regular or ad-hoc release cycles. Report testing defects/issues with detailed steps, assist technical teams to identify the root cause and uncover vulnerabilities in the system. Collaborate with other testers to ensure testing artifacts across functions. Manage the fixing timeline to meet project rollout. Job Requirements Senior Business Analyst (Testing QA) Requirements Degree holder in Computing Information System or equivalent discipline. 3 years working experience in performing business analysis, testing management, preferably in the retail industry. Detail-minded, self-motivated, proactive. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good communication in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken; spoken Mandarin will be an advantage. Senior QA Specialist Requirements Solid experience in performing UAT (minimum 3 years of experience for Senior QA Specialist and minimum 1 year of experience for QA Specialist). Experience in performance and/or security testing is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills are an advantage. Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Excel. Proficient in English and Chinese.
