Provide accurate information about products and services. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. What We Are Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using customer service software and databases. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
