Assist with the smooth running of the Spa Reception department by providing a high standard of professional, efficient and quality service to all Members, Hotel Guests and Day Spa Guests. Role Descriptions Ensure compliance with Bliss procedures and provide constructive feedback to the Team Leader. Promote and sell Bliss memberships, gift cards, merchandise, and personal training services. Achieve daily retail and treatment service targets, discussing results with the Team Leader. Enter treatment bookings into the Spa Software and manage memberships effectively. Participate in upselling training and implement learned techniques. Ensure clients complete check-in forms prior to treatments. Assist with ordering and stocktaking processes. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge to assist clients effectively. Engage in regular training on treatments and retail products. Stay informed about daily treatment schedules and communicate changes promptly. Accurately process client bills and adhere to cash handling procedures. Enforce guest registration policies for Members and their guests. Support the Spa Director/BDM in achieving budget objectives. Uphold exceptional guest service standards. Conduct tours for prospective members as needed. Ensure retail products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Job Requirements Professional training in leisure, sales, or customer service-related areas. Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
