Sales Executive / Manager (Wine and Spirit) Client Description Our client is a renowned Chinese wine and spirit brewing company. To cope with continuous growth, they are now urgently looking for a Sales Executive / Manager to join the team in Hong Kong. Job Description Participate in developing and implementing sales and distribution strategies consistent with brand position and within agreed budgets to achieve annual sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities with the ultimate aim of increasing sales, market expansion, profitability, and optimizing expenses. Work closely with the sales team for both trade events and sales objectives to expand sales in the identified outlets. Develop, review, and monitor business plans together with the marketing team. Involve in annual forecasting to establish reasonable sales objectives. Manage projects for new launches to ensure rapid, efficient, and successful execution of the brand plans. Manage and attend sales trips abroad as needed. Job Requirements University graduate with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing management. Good experience in wine and spirit sales and marketing functions. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in either a principal or manufacturing environment. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is a must. Fast learner, pleasant personality, and energetic. Mature, independent, and attentive to details.
