Develop and execute trade marketing plans including program initiation, funding allocation, program execution, as well as promotion evaluation for assigned customers and specific channels. Plan & monitor the trade marketing budgets and promotion evaluation. Oversee and manage the implementation of trade marketing standardized processes, tools, administrative activities (including approvals), etc. for smooth execution of trade marketing activities. Work closely with the sales team in pricing strategy and implementation of trade marketing strategic plan to achieve sales targets. Functional Skills and Knowledge
Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline with at least 3 years' experience in the FMCG industry. Knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, especially product categories and channels. Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research and demand forecasting, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs. Strong business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills. Ambitious, assertive, self-motivated and result-oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills, and negotiation skills.
