We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, monitor and provide guidance to to client admin staff and relationship teams to ensure completeness and timeliness of daily transactions and report exceptional case
  • Review all outstanding cases and monitor the follow ups
  • Supervise risk issues
  • Leads to streamline workflow and eliminate redundant practices through regular review of existing procedures
  • Increase the competency of the team by sharing knowledge, providing specific technical training sessions and best practice sharing
  • Identify training needs of the team and actively manage ongoing team and individual development
  • Review team’s performance against the PLAs and implement change where necessary to meet the requirements set out in the PLA without compromising FIM or Internal Audit Recommendations
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management
  • Minimum 10 + years of experience in handling payments process for the global team in a managerial role
  • Proactive, self-motivated and communication and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Planning and decision making skills
  • Innovative with proven problem-solving skills
  • Highly professional approach, competent with the ability to lead the team independently and drive forward elements of key GPB product and service related projects
  • Exercise any/all delegated authorities with due care and diligence
