We are looking for a Senior Plant Engineer for Germany and Hongkong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, as well as experience managing a team of engineers and technicians. The Senior Plant Engineer will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing and implementing new processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Oversee all plant engineering activities, including planning, design, construction, and maintenance of manufacturing facilities and equipment
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
• Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and develop strategies to minimize risk
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, procurement, and production, to ensure seamless operations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• 2-11 years of experience in plant engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and/or chemical engineering
• Experience managing a team of engineers and technicians
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
