This role is to lead the HR team and oversee group functions in corporate talent acquisition, organization development, C&B, performance and change management, and HR issues covering the regions of Hong Kong and Macau, Malaysia, and the PRC. The aim is to create an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, continuous improvement, and high performance. Duties and Responsibilities: Act as a Group HR Director to provide strong leadership and strategic direction on HR and related functions, i.e., talent acquisition, engagement & development, organization development, C&B, performance management, culture & change, and other HR issues. Design, direct, and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, leadership development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management. Drive all efforts on increasing employee engagement within the group. Determine and recommend employee relations practices to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Work closely with the management team or stakeholders as a business partner, understand their business needs in manpower planning and talent acquisition, and provide appropriate human resources advice and support proactively. Collaborate proactively with the management team to address and identify solutions to improve the business through strategic people processes and addressing employee problems. Diagnose, support, and seek solutions to improve and maximize HR productivity for the company. Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals. Monitor HR & Admin operations and implement the company policies based on corporate guidelines to align with the business goals. Review, analyze, and propose on the staff C&B system to uphold competitiveness in the HR market. Monitor annual HR budget includes HR services, employee relations, training, and administration. Keep abreast of emerging HR innovations & tools, technology, and employment legislations to ensure credible and current functional leadership. Maintain a strong professional network internally and externally. Manage and coach the team members. Qualifications: University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.15 years’ experience in HR and Admin fields, of which at least 8 years at a managerial level, preferably from the Fashion Retail industry. Experience in multiple locations and globally is a plus. Strong, effective communicator in writing, business presentations. Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction. Effectively plan to anticipate problems, plan for worst-case and best-case scenarios. Demonstrate the ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while remaining cost-sensitive. Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning. Strong commitment to employee relations and communication. Demonstrate the ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the company and on the senior executive team. Experience in organization development and change management. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with good business acumen. Self-motivated, detail-minded, willing to work under pressure, and drive changes. Creative, self-driven, and people-oriented. Possess a strategic mindset while maintaining a practical and hands-on approach. Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
