Job Description: Perform data mining and analysis to provide actionable insights and improve conversion Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions Support campaign planning and execution to deliver campaigns on agreed schedule and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency Consistently review and refine customer segmentation/tags to improve marketing effectiveness Develop and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools, and translate data into actionable insights to support decision making Provide advanced analytics support including machine learning and statistical modelling Work closely with Data Management Team and IT to identify valuable data sources from all touchpoints, and transform it into an analytical-friendly format to support analysis, digital journeys enhancement and process optimization Requirements: Degree holder in IT/IS/Statistics/Business Administration or related disciplines. Min. 3 years experience in data analysis and CRM using large-scale database Solid knowledge and experience in free-hand SQL, Python and data visualization (e.g. Power BI and Tableau) Experience in marketing automation software/CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adobe campaign etc.) Good knowledge of advanced analytics and ML techniques Positive and innovative learning attitude, proficient in problem-solving and stakeholder management Experience in different cloud technology such as AWS, Azure and GCP is an advantage Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Seniority level
