Responsibilities Developing System and providing operation support in Retail Technology and Corporate Systems with a team of IT professionals in specific Business Unit. Achieving project delivery, enhancement, and operation support in Retek, Warehouse, Finance, BI, CRM, and Retail Technology Corporate Systems. Developing technical specifications according to the requirements. Reviewing impact on technical and functional side for integration with different systems. Analyzing business operations and the business's computer systems and determining which software applications could improve efficiency. Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems. Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software. Training employees on the use of any new software applications and maintaining a good work atmosphere. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest software developments. Focusing on the successful achievement of time, quality, and cost in order to deliver solutions to the business. Capturing and prioritizing the risks and issues that arise during the project, driving resolution of the issues and mitigation of the risks. Managing quality assurance workforces to conduct various technical testing (e.g., system test, integration test, performance test, etc.) and assisting User Acceptance Test for all Technology projects. System Analyst Responsibilities Providing technology support to Business Unit and enabling business initiatives and connecting all the user departments to go through the journey in Digital Transformation. Working with business users to understand and translate business requirements into business and technical specifications. Collaborating with Group Core System Team in system design, business operations, and other relevant user departments in operation flow, data flow, training, and control processes. Creating and executing test plans required for the new functionalities. Developing the deployment plan and rolling out systems to stores. Providing guidance and resolution on a wide range of technical and non-technical customer issues covering all the applications running in the backend. Standing by on 2nd tier Store System Support (On Shift Basis). Job Requirements Senior System Analyst Requirements University (or college) graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant discipline. Strong experience in IT field including application design and development, implementation, and post-implementation support particularly in the retail industry. Strong technical candidates without retail experience will also be considered. Work experience on large scale ERP, Retail or Supply Chain system, easy to admire operational requirements. Knowledge of Oracle DB and related products and ecommerce platform. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently. Good communication in English and Cantonese both written and spoken with spoken Mandarin will be an advantage. System Analyst Requirements Great passion in Smart Retail Trend, self-motivated, and enjoy taking new challenges, enjoy teamwork. University (or college) graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering, or relevant. 3 to 4 years in rollout and support ERP system preferable in warehouse management system, inventory management system, or logistic system. Solid experience in project implementation. Previous experience in FMCG sector is preferable. Technical knowledge and experience in Oracle technology set, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Python, C#, Microsoft.NET, MS SQL, Windows Server, Windows Command Scripts. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mind, and troubleshooting skills. Can work in a team and independently. Good communication in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken with spoken Mandarin will be an advantage.
