As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Business Development Support Officer and the position is based in Hong Kong. Key responsibilities: Work closely with the Business Development team to support business proposals, letters of engagement etc. Prepare marketing presentations and pitchbooks. Cover new client onboarding process and ensure it is performed in a smooth and efficient manner. Liaise with different departments on the client portfolios. Coordinate business meetings and assist in maintaining relationships. Maintain and update CRM and database. Other ad-hoc tasks related to business support when necessary. Requirements: Around 2 to 5 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, business development support etc. Bachelor’s degree in Business or other disciplines. Exposure to Trust industry is an advantage. Meticulous, good coordination and multi-tasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
