About This Role
CAE, the worldwide leader in aviation training, is seeking an
A330 & A350 Simulator Instructor
to join our team in Hong Kong. The Pilot Instructor is responsible for all training activities delivered in compliance with CASA approval, defined standards and processes, and ensures that the highest standards of safety, compliance, and training quality are maintained. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Conduct training duties (Classroom, Simulator Sessions, etc.) related to delivering the relevant Type Rating. Assist with the preparation of courseware and training materials, including theoretical examinations, to comply with regulatory requirements. Monitor the progress of clients/students and, if required, develop action plans to assist clients/students who are not progressing to required standards. Promote and support improvements and enhancements to processes, documentation, courseware, and training materials utilized by the ATO. Any other duties assigned by the Lead Instructor or HOT. To be considered for this role, you will need the following: Minimum of 1000 hours pilot-in-command (PIC) on a multi-crew jet transport. Preferably holds or has held a valid Simulator Instructor Rating, or equivalent rating or certification. Hold/have held a CASA-recognized ATPL/CPL/MPL with a minimum ICAO English level 5. Previous experience in Airline/ATO training. Previous experience as a simulator Instructor/Type Rating Instructor. Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
