Objective Oversee all aspects of station performance including OTP, customer experience, service provider performance, and regulation compliance at HKIA. Adhere to the policies and procedures for Ramp Services, Baggage Services, Weight and Balance, Passenger and Cargo handling in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of HKE. Ensure the overall airport operations meet HKE standards, policies and procedures, and customer satisfaction. Oversee and play an integral role in ensuring airport operational continuity in HKIA. Role Purpose Responsible for the service level and quality of ground services aspects including safety and security, OTP, customer experience, ramp and cargo operation, and baggage handling. Responsible for managing service providers’ performance in Ground Services aspects (including Cargo), ensuring the operations are up to company standard and regulation compliance. Manage a round-the-clock duty team to monitor and coordinate with the service providers and stakeholders to ensure operation integrity. Liaise, coordinate and maintain good relationships with the Airport Authority and all regulatory organizations on respective matters concerning HKIA operations. Responsible for case investigations, evaluation of corrective and preventive measures effectiveness within Ground Services (including Cargo) aspects. Drive and participate in all new projects/initiatives, roll out new products and continuously improve OTP, cost control, revenue generation and customer experiences at HKIA. Qualifications Minimum 12 years aviation or civil airline experience including 5 years in managerial level; Knowledge of all aspects of Ground Handling and IOSA requirements; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus); Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office; People manager with good communication and leadership skills, as well as a fast decision maker; Strong analytical and project management skills and sensitive to figures; Able to work under pressure; Advertised:
