Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the successful completion of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation, and track project progress using project management tools. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Conduct regular project status updates and provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and processes. Continuously improve project management methodologies and processes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the AI or technology industry, with a strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Basic knowledge and understanding of cloud management, including platforms such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Aliyun, Huawei Cloud, or others. Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
