Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisor Asia, Director Apply Locations: International Commerce Centre Time Type: Full time Posted On: Posted 2 Days Ago Job Requisition ID: PT-3265176 We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisor Asia to support the development, execution and delivery of our Asia diversity strategy. Working within our existing Talent Development and Diversity & Inclusion framework, you will work with and influence key stakeholders including but not limited to Human Resources colleagues including Diversity team members in other regions, Division Heads/Ops Officers, Diversity Council members, Employee Network Sponsors and Chairs, and external partners. In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Diversity & Inclusion team. What you’ll do in the role: Provide thought leadership and guidance on the development and delivery of world class diversity solutions to address organisational challenges and deliver business impact. Develop and strengthen governance and accountability frameworks to deliver D&I outcomes. Utilise data and analytics to develop insights that inform engagement, recruitment, talent retention and development initiatives. Promote the Firm’s brand as an inclusive employer through internal and external media. Represent D&I and Morgan Stanley through active participation in internal and external events. Keep up to date with innovative diversity practices and relevant policy and regulatory changes that impact the Asia region. What you’ll bring to the role: Good working knowledge of diversity and inclusion in a financial services, corporate or non-profit advocacy environment. Ability to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, and translate insights into impactful, commercial recommendations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Design, development and facilitation of internal learning solutions. Proven ability to build solid relationships with global, regional and local stakeholders at all levels. Sound judgement with confidential and sensitive matters, including data. Competent in use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.8+ years working in a regional or global team (in a corporate environment). Bachelor’s Degree. Prior experience in supporting Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
