Leading hedge fund company - Fund operations and accounting Your new company A leading hedge fund company, looking to expand their team here in Hong Kong. Your new role Preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards Calculating the NAV of the fund, which involves reconciling the fund's assets and liabilities Ensuring all trades are accurately recorded and reconciled with brokers and custodians, and resolving any discrepancies Leading the client onboarding process, setting up new accounts, and explaining investment and accounting services to clients Assisting with year-end financial and tax reporting, legal/compliance filings, and ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations What you'll need to succeed Minimum 2 years of Fund Accounting/ Operations experience in buy side/ fund admin CPA or relevant qualifications would be an advantage Fluent in English and Cantonese What you'll get in return Progressive career path Great working culture, supporting environment Dynamic work settings What you need to do now If you are interested in this position or other Accounting or Operations positions in the Financial Services industry, please send your Resume to Rachel.wu@hays.com.hk Seniority level
