Reporting to the Regional Senior Vice President, the incumbent will lead a team of regional and local marketing executives to define, drive, and execute regional initiatives across the business worldwide. The role will be responsible for advising and supporting management while providing strategic direction in various aspects of marketing, including but not limited to general/digital marketing, strategic business development, partnership management, loyalty programs, and CRM initiatives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Optimize existing strategic partnerships to drive significant revenue and analyze partner performance to identify business potential and opportunities. Establish and cultivate relationships or joint opportunities with potential B2B (airports/airlines/banks/corporates/travel agencies, etc.) and B2C audiences, developing strategic alliances to generate revenue and expand the client base for the Loyalty Program. Collaborate with Marketing, Project Management, Business Development, and Operations teams to meet commercial objectives and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, including but not limited to general and social media campaigns, events, print, and digital marketing. Establish and lead the implementation of a CRM system for all global and regional sales operations staff. Provide insights on market intelligence and industry trends; conduct customer, competitor, and environmental analyses to develop effective strategies. Identify gaps and opportunities, sharing feedback and best practices with other regions, with the objective of building and strengthening the brand's market position and driving business growth. Motivate, coach, and guide the Sales & Marketing team, while developing and monitoring systems, guidelines, and procedures to ensure the success of the division’s annual P&L. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline with a minimum of
15 years’ experience
in international marketing management. Solid understanding of the
hospitality environment , with a network in airline, banking, or credit card partnerships being a definite advantage. Strong knowledge of
local and regional market trends
and customer behaviors. Excellent analytical skills to guide insights and identify opportunities. Proven ability to lead and take decisive actions, working under pressure and effectively prioritizing tasks. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Demonstrated expertise in
coaching, team development, cross-team collaboration, and project management. Fluent in both written and spoken
English . Frequent travel
