Prepare and maintain documentation to promote effective operations and protection of interest to both the Bank and customers. Manage operation processes and procedures for consumer banking group
focusing on Wealth business , covering investment and insurance under Consumer Banking Group in HK and Macau. Ensure business processes are robust and efficient through continuous review and improvement to address any risk & fraud that might arise. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure policies & procedures implemented are compliant with group policies/guidelines and regulatory requirements. Requirements Degree holder in related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in transformation or project management. Knowledge of general banking products and services and related regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
