Our client is a leading retail group operating across multiple formats, including Food, Health & Beauty, Home Furnishings, and Restaurants, in 12 markets throughout Asia. They are currently seeking a passionate Business Analyst to play a key role in defining standardized business processes across their retail operations. As part of a comprehensive 3-year program, the company will implement a new ERP system to enhance their operations across over 1,800 stores and five distribution centers in North Asia. This initiative aims to facilitate technical transformations and seamless integrations with various retail and O2O applications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Functional Lead on the overall design and delivery of ERP solutions. Maintain and review the quality of business blueprint documents. Evaluate configuration documents, system setups, and conduct functional unit testing (FUT). Contribute to the development of functional specification documents. Support the Data Migration team by providing knowledge transfer and reviewing data mapping. Prepare data for testing phases in alignment with business strategy. Enhance functional unit test cases and execute tests for agreed configurations. Develop and prepare test scripts for IUT, SIT, and UAT. Address and resolve defects during functional testing. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide functional support. Aided in the creation of training materials and facilitated training sessions. Participate in cutover activities and deliver post-go-live support. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail/commercial management, particularly in supply chain, warehousing, and inventory management. Experience in the food, health and beauty, or convenience store sectors is a plus. A proven background in ERP system implementation is essential. Strong analytical skills and experience as a functional analyst and application solution designer. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to resolve conflicts effectively. Independent, resourceful, and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment. Well-organized with a customer-centric approach, able to manage multiple priorities in a global context. Familiarity with working in a highly matrixed organization is advantageous. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
