What the day will look like Execute the Learning & Development strategy by planning and deploying the annual APAC learning delivery calendar in line with global and regional learning priorities. Partner with Learning Design Manager, Head of Colleague Experience (HCE) and Country/Lead People Partners to discover and gather additional learning needs. Effectively manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs and initiatives across APAC, including HCEs, People Partners, Learning Design Manager, Facilitators, Leaders, Managers, Colleagues, and Third-Party Vendors. Engage, lead, and develop the APAC Learning Deployment team to support the deployment and delivery of learning programs within the region. Embed global deployment processes by preparing and managing program and project management plans - including project scope, change management, quality management, risk management, effective cost management, resource management and procurement plans. Program planning, event management and co-ordination oversight including scheduling, facilitator and producer resourcing, materials amendments and distribution, event management and on-site delivery support (where appropriate). Facilitate and host learning programs both in-person and virtually. Manage and maintain the regional facilitation pool. Prepare facilitators/business leaders to deliver learning content. Identify new facilitators to expand the pool and organise train-the-trainer sessions (where appropriate). Support the measurement and evaluation of programs to support ROI and continuous improvement. Lead ad-hoc project work to support the implementation of the Learning & Development strategy. Lead the Singapore and Hong Kong regulatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) tracking to ensure compliance with MAS, GIA, MPFA and IA government bodies. This includes understanding the types of training activities eligible for CPD as well as maintaining a robust and efficient process. Support other regional Learning Deployment Leads by sharing knowledge, experiences and best practices. How this opportunity is different The APAC Learning Deployment Lead is responsible for the implementation and delivery of impactful and high-quality strategic learning programs across the APAC region. This role aims to develop colleagues to bring the best of Aon to clients, support career progression, and drive sustainable growth for the firm. Reporting to the Global Head of Learning Deployment, this position is an integral part of the Talent Development team. Skills and experience that will lead to success Proven experience in managing and motivating teams across different geographical locations. Knowledge of effective learning deployment practices and experience deploying across multiple locations. Event management and organizational skills - including strong planning, project management and co-ordination skills with the ability to be flexible and proactive, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within a short timescale with speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Proactive team player capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a global and regional function. Skilled and engaging facilitator, both in-person and virtually. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Learning Management Systems (Workday desirable). Ability to manipulate large amounts of data, formulate data into easy-to-read formats and be comfortable telling a story and providing insights with that data.
