Client Partner, IT Solutions (Macau) - IC Client Description Job Description Establish a trusted and strategic relationship with assigned clients with a key focus on growing the accounts, driving values and client satisfaction. Provide proactive account management, understand client issues and challenges, help client to define their problems. Lead cross-functional in-house and external teams to deliver innovative products, solutions and services. Negotiate and win new businesses, understand client needs and identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Act as the primary client focal point for Group’s solutions products. Responsible for the client Account Plan and its execution to achieve our objectives. Account growth of projects/revenues/scope of services and penetration into multiple BU’s, including the client’s core business, within the client. Understand the client’s strategy and priorities for investment, growth, efficiency, expansion and rightsizing. Establish personal credibility and relationship with key C-suite level client executives. Identify and establish partnership with potential technology and solution partners to deliver integrated solutions. Work closely with Sales Team in developing new business and opportunity progression. Improve the service delivery efficiency and performance on behalf of the client. Work with the Group bid team, including partners, subcontractors to deliver solutions. Understand the future customer, industry and IT trends. Apply this understanding to develop robust and state of the art solutions, and identify opportunities for future business. Drive performance of incremental business solutions. Lead negotiations and discussions for contract signing and extensions. Job Requirements Knowledge of Hospitality, Hotels, Casinos, entertainment industry and operational requirements. University graduate with at least 10 years working experience in relevant industry organisation in an IT service or solutioning related role. Strong industry knowledge of Entertainment, Hospitality, Gaming environment. Have strong solution understanding and selling skills. Be active in new client and project development and can lead sales to pursue new opportunities. Proven account management and project management capabilities. Effective networker with ability to understand client needs and quality opportunities. Fluent in written and verbal English, confident in Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory. Work visa/permit/citizen of Macau.
