Senior Creative Team
to join 160over90 in Hong Kong. As an established senior level Creative team, you will develop innovative, impactful, omni-channel creative solutions to help steer the agency’s ambitious clients/brands and partnerships. You are curious and immersed in culture and love to use your creative powers to solve human problems. You will concept, develop and help drive innovative and world class creative platforms, campaigns, and PR-driven thinking across a range of brand partnerships, clients and platforms ensuring strategic solutions are effective and ideas are original. You will be given opportunities to work on global clients and incorporate talent, owned properties and partner brands into your ideas. As an established Senior Creative partnership, you’ll get to: Develop thought-provoking creative concepts, direction and tone etc. Connect with global teams to service clients all around the world Partner with our Creative Directors to develop world class creative thinking Work closely with our clients and stakeholders to bring all cross-channel elements to life, all around the world. Articulate creative decisions and rationalise based on strategy Use insights and data to refine creative decisions to ensure our clients business objectives are met Take hands-on responsibility for project delivery and proactively take an interest in quality of care, seeing work through to final delivery phases. Help mentor junior creatives, offering support and direction. The ideal Creative Team will have: Evidence delivering innovative campaigns (all applications must include an online portfolio of creative work). Minimum 7+ years of creative agency experience. Excellent understanding of marketing and design principles. A strong commitment to the needs of all clients and their brands and be passionate about delivering the best work to them. Vast experience across the full creative channel ecosystem, with a particular interest in global platforms, PR-led thinking and sporting events – understanding the customer journey mapping from a creative perspective. You have excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills, allowing you to communicate complex information simply and clearly Experience working in an agile environment and be comfortable with a fluid approach to work - easily adapting to change in a fast-paced environment. Understanding and experience presenting concepts and proposals to all levels, intelligently adapting approach to suit the needs of the audience. Experience leading on creative projects A keen interest in design, culture, technology, and innovation. Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. Senior Creative Team: Art Director Strong understanding of photography, typography, digital/social and events. Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator CC - must be able to work at pace on your own concepts A responsibility to elevate the visual look and feel and raise the bar across all of our creative thinking. Experience working with design teams to direct and inspire their approach to bring campaigns to life Design and ideation are your superpowers. You're able to visualise the brand and our clients product in campaigns You have experience working with a team of designers, with knowledge on how to inspire them Senior Creative Team: Copywriter Strong storytelling, with the ability to turn insights into a narrative and effective creative solution for clients Develop and write high-quality, persuasive content for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital / social, film, OOH, experiential and beyond for clients based all over the world Craft compelling and creative copy that aligns with the brand’s voice, resonates with target audiences, and drives engagement and conversion Adapt and tailor content for different markets, working with international teams to address local preferences and cultural nuances. Proven experience as a Copywriter or Senior Copywriter, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and projects Seniority level
