VP Investment, Special Situations Investment Fund
Our client is an alternative investment firm that invests in companies that have substantial potential for value realization and recovery. They adopt situations investment strategies and focus on emerging technologies sectors. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a VP Investment, and the position can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore. Key Responsibilities: Lead and monitor the end-to-end deal execution process including due diligence and investment structuring. Oversee the deal models and investment valuation. Perform financial analysis and modelling, conduct industry research and analysis. Work with senior management to negotiate and structure transactions. Provide guidance to junior members. Drive and execute business strategy for the firm. Other ad-hoc investment duties when necessary. Key Requirements: At least 6 years of investment experience in Special Situations, Principal Investment, Opportunistic Investment, Private Credit, or Private Equity. Strong deal execution experience and ability to lead the deal process. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
