Leading Insurer - Finance Transformation M - SMBe among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Collaborate with Group Finance and business units to lead financial inputs for key group initiatives, emphasizing reporting enhancements, consolidation, technical accounting, and policy documentation. Manage project timelines and finance requirements for critical group projects. Provide strategic financial direction and support the coordination of finance transformation initiatives. Foster strong business partnerships and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders throughout the reporting cycle. Innovate within the finance function by analyzing and advocating for new metrics, performance indicators, and documenting best practice policies. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while identifying and implementing improvement opportunities. Deliver insightful analyses to management, aiding both long-term and short-term decision-making processes. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Project Management Establish and maintain a comprehensive understanding of projects, including scope, objectives, planning, status, key issues, and interdependencies. Oversee all project touchpoints, including communications and stakeholder management. Deliver results by collaborating across multiple countries and functional teams. Employ standardized methodologies to address issues and enforce project discipline. Resolve conflicts related to project work and process changes proactively. Provide constructive feedback to enhance project management practices. Mentor and coach team members as needed. Qualifications and Skills Education: Qualified accountant with robust IFRS technical expertise. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial management and business process design, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry or insurtech. Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and leadership capabilities. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record in stakeholder management and business partnering. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
