Consumer Business Alliances Manager
is to develop B2B2C partnerships and projects focused on the sale of consumer products through various partners, including B2C channel partners, telecom operators, ISPs, e-wallet providers, banks, and insurance companies, utilizing a subscription-based model. Key Responsibilities: Take a leading role in developing relationships with B2B2C partners across various industries, e.g., carriers, mobile operators, banks, e-wallet providers, insurance companies, online gaming platforms, etc. (Consumer Business Alliances (CBA) projects). Source leads and opportunities from the open market and through existing partners and internal resources. Develop new Consumer Business Alliances projects and pipelines. Evaluate and propose the optimal project flow for each CBA project, creating unique project flows if required. Assess and involve partners in the CBA chain for distribution, integration, marketing, or payment collection. Manage accounting, reporting, and support for all regional CBA projects. Create and implement marketing plans with partners. Drive innovation within CBA projects and across new B2C company offers, products, and services. Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams within Kaspersky during deal development stages, including pre-sales consulting, contract negotiations (internal), post-sales consulting, marketing, etc. Oversee project management and reporting in CRM systems. Key Qualifications and Requirements: 5+ years of relevant work experience in Business Development or Software Subscriptions Sales/Partnerships within B2B2C models. In-depth understanding of Telco/Carrier and mobile industry trends, including regional specifics. Expert knowledge of Telecom/Telco key business processes and technologies relevant to B2B2C partnerships. Experience with value-added business models involving Telco/Carriers is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Carriers, Mobile Operators, Service Providers, or security vendors is preferred. Proven ability to build partner networks and foster strong B2B relationships. Familiarity with B2C cybersecurity products is an advantage. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities. Advanced storytelling skills; capable of presenting at conferences and engaging with executive-level stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving capabilities, communication, and negotiation skills. Competency in handling ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration, and financial analysis. Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and managing data in CRM tools. Language Skills: Native or fluent in the local language (e.g., Chinese, Cantonese) is mandatory. Seniority level
