Responsible for the construction and improvement of the platform's token (KCS) ecosystem, identifying operational product issues of the token and optimizing them; Enrich the benefits and contents of the platform token, increasing the number of token holders by expanding the usage scenarios of the platform token; Develop potential deflationary, burning, and circulation mechanisms for the platform token to enhance its value; Empower the platform token based on the characteristics of the exchange's business to increase its influence. Job Requirements: In-depth understanding and methodological experience in blockchain project operations, along with practical experience; Data-sensitive with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, capable of driving operational work based on data insights; Familiar with and knowledgeable about various aspects of the cryptocurrency industry, with good communication skills; Proficient in English as a working language, with strong communication skills in both Chinese and English; 5+ years of work experience.
