Project Manager / Team Lead, In-house, Perm (HK$30K - $45K) (Ref. No.: 26429)
Our client, a listed company, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Collaborate with business users to understand business needs, goals, objectives, processes, and requirements. Perform business analysis and user requirement studies and assist stakeholders in developing business process flow. Develop and review business requirement documents to ensure alignment between business users and IT on user requirements. Responsible for the project plan, detailed task lists, progress tracking report, and follow-up on project roll-out. Organize and support UAT planning. Conduct approval for technical request changes. Support QA control to ensure deliverable quality meets the set standards and specifications. Assist in feasibility study and planning for new business initiatives with product owners. Job Requirements At least 4 years’ experience in the field of IT Business Analysis / Project Management; License in Project Management is preferred. Familiarity with project management software for planning tasks, organizing client requirements, and managing time, budget, and scope constraints. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
