Manage production & order follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
Assist in the product development process to ensure products meet with customers’ quality and budget requirements
Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness
Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
Understand customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
You might be a good fit if you have/are …
Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in Merchandising, Product Development or related field, preferably in brand product management role from supplier side
Previous experience in Outerwear and offshore manufacturing are advantages
Diploma or above in Merchandising or related field
Strong in production follow up and familiar with merchandising and product development process
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders of different levels including customers, vendors and internal teams
Highly efficient, detail-oriented and well-organized individual with strong problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Literate in Microsoft Office programs
Occasional travel is required
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Merchandiser
