We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Operations team. This role focuses on supporting supplier relationship management (SRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) activities, and the day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving our data processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering actionable insights through data visualization and automation. Key Responsibilities: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems and cloud databases. Maintain and update the supplier management system to ensure smooth integration of new vendors into the supply chain, driving immediate operational impact. Assist in automating sales revenue data processes and support daily operations across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Help analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Develop performance dashboards and analytics for continuous monitoring and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the company’s overall strategy. Support the management of group policies and the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prepare regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for senior management. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in the financial services sector. Prior experience in procurement and vendor management is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, and relational databases. Familiarity with SRM and ERP-related software is highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is an added advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
