Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Handling incoming enquiries and complaints from customers
Perform order processing and other administrative support
Coordinate with different internal parties for smooth delivery operation arrangement
Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required:
Diploma or above
1+ year customer service experience,
Proficient at using MS Office (Excel and Word) and experience in ERP is preferably
Positive Attitude, well organized and independent to work
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available is preferrable
