We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in the field and a strong background in cyber security. The position is based in India and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Develop and implement cyber security policies and procedures
• Conduct security assessments and audits
• Manage incident response and recovery efforts
• Monitor security systems and networks for potential threats
• Provide training and awareness programs on cyber security best practices
• Lead and manage a team of security professionals

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field
• 2-10 years of experience in cyber security management
• Expertise in cyber security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners
• Experience with security testing and risk assessments
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
