We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Admin Payment Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to client admin staff and relationship teams to ensure completeness and timeliness of daily transactions and report exceptional case
- Review all outstanding cases and monitor the follow ups
- Process checker for High Value Payments
- Supervise risk issues
- Leads to streamline workflow and eliminate redundant practices through regular review of existing procedures
- Reviews/Ensures Desk Instruction Manual (DIM) are updated timely
- Leads team in system development / UAT
- Set/Assist in setting individual objectives and staff performance periodically
- Demonstrate a positive ability to manage change and adapt to all new systems, procedures and projects involving operational processes from various locations
- Increase the competency of the team by sharing knowledge, providing specific technical training sessions and best practice sharing
- Identify training needs of the team and actively manage ongoing team and individual development
- Review team’s performance against the PLAs and implement change where necessary to meet the requirements set out in the PLA without compromising FIM or Internal Audit Recommendations
- At least 3-5 years of experience in payments processing role with exposure to SWIFT messages such as MT103, MT202 and MT202 COV, including a managerial role
- Proactive, self-motivated and communication and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English
- Planning and decision-making skills
- Innovative with proven problem-solving skills
- Flexible for shift to support payment
