Conduct comprehensive analysis across various data sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can enhance business outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Research for up-to-date market and industry trends and provide recommendations. Implement predictive models to uplift business and sales performance. Develop and update business intelligence dashboards and management reports to support KPI management and performance improvement. Support the development of data strategies and initiatives. Promote data and insight culture across the company via training and support. What we look for? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. Preferred experience in the insurance industry. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Knowledge of insurance industry data and metrics. Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. Understanding of machine learning and predictive modelling techniques.
