Team Management: Guide and develop the team of technicians, providing technical assistance and operational guidance to ensure high performance and service standards. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, City Team Members, contractors, and store brand managers to ensure stores are maintained safely and efficiently. Compliance: Ensure the team complies with company policies, procedures, legislation, regulations, standards, and industry codes. Conduct audits to check compliance and address any incidents. Reporting: Identify and address compliance incidents, completing comprehensive reporting within required timeframes. Safety Standards: Work with the compliance team to oversee technicians' work, ensuring it meets safety standards. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Studies, Building Surveying, or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in construction or maintenance, or at least 5 years in facility management. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of commercial refrigeration and HVAC in a supermarket and retail environment is preferable. Experience in critical facility management is also a plus. Availability: Must be available 24/7 to provide telephone support and attend critical situations as required. Team Player: A strong desire to help create, maintain, and promote a high-performing team. Language Skills: Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken Cantonese).
